• For Username Password: Send Us only COMPANY.500, If Ver 9.0 & ERP Send Us COMPANY.900
• For Admin Password: Send Us only COMPANY.500, If Ver 9.0 & ERP Send Us COMPANY.900
• For Vault Password: Send Us only COMPANY.500, If Ver 9.0 & ERP Send Us COMPANY.900
  
• For Data Recovery: Send Us the Company Folder (Eg. 009) in the Zip Format on Email.
• For TCP File: TCP Files Are Readily Availble For Purchase Unless Customization.
  
  

Step 2 - After Processing Your Files, We Will Respond You on Email.

• For Username Password: Usually you will Get the Response in Few Minutes.
• For Admin Password: Usually you will Get the Response in Few Minutes.
• For Vault Password: This May Take anywhere from 10 min to 48 Hrs, Before We Respond You.
  
• For Data Recovery: This May Take anywhere from 2 hrs to 48 Hrs, Before We Respond You.
• For TCP File: Unless Customization, the Files are Available Immediately.
  
  

Step 3 - Make the Payment and Send Us The Confirmation.

• By Cash Deposit: Send Us the Bank Name, if Possible Scan the Receipt and send Us on Email.
• By NEFT (Online Transfer): Just Send Us the Transaction ID, Amount & Bank Name on Email.
  
• By Manual Cash: Just Let Us Know the Name & Mobile No of the Person Visting Us on Email.
  
  

Step 4 - Once We Receive Your Payment, You will Get the Response Immediately.

• For Username Password: The Password Will Be Sent To You On Email.
• For Admin Password: The Password Will Be Sent To You On Email.

• For Data Recovery: The Tally Files Will Be Sent To You In Zip Format On Your Email ID Only.
